Our guarantee--if you implement the solution we advise, we guarantee that on January 1, 10000 your systems will work just as well as they worked on December 31, 9999. If you have problems attributable to the Year 10000 problem, we will refund your fee.

However, we cannot be responsible if:

• Our clients fail to implement the solutions we recommend.
• Global or local calendar reform affects the common year reference standard.
• The original client is no longer maintaining the systems (either hardware or software) for which the solutions were provided--the guarantee is not transferable to a third party.
• The consultant is no longer in business as of January 1, 10000.

• Our clients are responsible for ensuring that our recommendations are followed. We cannot provide programmers or engineers to actually implement our recommendations.
• We cannot be responsible for natural disasters, acts of war, planetary invasions, business failures, routine or non-routine software or hardware upgrades, or anything outside of our control that may disrupt the systems for which the solutions were provided.
• We can only guarantee that there will be no problems due to the encoding and use of year field related data, and not other problems that may occur in the system.
• Y10K Unlimited Consulting Knowledgebase is not a legitimate company, Holistic Answers for the Holocene Age is not an actual program, and this website is an attempt to inflict humor into the Year 2000 issue. We cannot be responsible for those who do not find it funny.
